How to Rent a Fully Furnished Condo at ONLY Normal Hotel Prices

May 6, 2008

“Stop Paying Ridiculous Rates for a Bedroom and Get a Condo for the Same Price is What I Say”

I mean really think about it… now have 100’s of square feet more for the same money as going to a normal Holiday Inn or Fairfield Inn by utilizing a direct Rental Source like Seabreeze Advertising  Corp or another by owner service.

There are so many deals available by going direct to condo, timeshare, or vacation ownership owners!!

This is such a simple and easy tactic that you could use in an effort to impress your fiancé or to allow your family enjoy your next vacation on.

Just imagine being able to spend between $200 to $300 per night in HOT Vacation Location and get a huge 2bedroom fully furnished condo instead of that small one room with two beds hotel room. Okay, maybe it has a couch and a small extra room with a TV in it, but it NO way COMPARES to a fully furnished timeshare condo that has 2 complete bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, closets, fully furnished kitchen, washer, dryer so you no longer have to hang the kids swimsuits over the ac unit by the window in that small hotel room!
You can go to a company like Seabreeze Advertising Corp and view multiple units that can be made available virtually anywhere in the US and Caribbean. Sometimes all it takes is talking to a firm like Seabreeze Advertising Corp and a firm that like they can work with the owners to get an exchange into multiple destinations even if it isn’t directly available in their inventory!
I’m not even getting to the best part of the deal….there are So Many timeshare owners that simply are NOT using their timeshare or condo properties enough to utilize all their time each year. So, if they can make a little extra money and get some help to pay their maintenance fees, they ARE Happy!
That is why you can get such a great deal at times!

You have to realize that most of these owners do not even utilize their timeshare units 75% of the time even though they are paying an annual maintenance fee and are stuck in paying a monthly payment for the years.

So, because they are not using their property each year you get the benefit of their sometimes, desperation.
I mean if you had to pay an additional $500 to $900 per year to maintain something you do not use each and every year, wouldn’t you be happy to get $1,000 to $1,800 to rent it out and pay those fees with and allow someone who is going to utilize it to go to enjoy it with their family?

So, stick to your guns.
Don’t just accept whatever they say it will cost. Make sure you say well….what can I get for like a couple hundred dollars a night?
Make firms like Seabreeze Advertising Corp work for you and see what they come up with. You might be amazed!!
